Kenwood have just completed works for another return client. Works were carried out over a decade ago, so when our client noticed dampness in a new area of their home, they had no hesitation in contacting Kenwood. Treatment was found to be required to the front bay wall of the house.

The wall plaster was then removed, a new chemical damp proof course placed and has been re-rendered. The rendering was carried out using our specially formulated rendering system, which incorporates, among other things, salt inhibitors and additional waterproofers. The works took just 2 days to complete and are ready for decoration following drying out of the walls.
