Kenwood implement Damp proofing NVQ Diploma
In recognition of the knowledge, skills and competence
demonstrated by our operatives in the work place, Kenwood have
implemented a Level 2 Damp proofing NVQ Diploma to our workforce.
Our damp and timber treatment installers are completing NVQ Level 2
Diploma's to demonstrate their competence in treatment of dampness and
woodworm infestation. A recent presentation to over 50 of Kenwood's full time installers, has seen huge interest in this new certification and qualification, which serves to promote high standards and a pride in one's work.
Kenwood Damp Proofing Plc have always operated a policy of on- going
development and training for our staff, based upon on-site assessments
and monitoring, along with product development of Kenwood waterproofing
systems and implementing training to ensure the highest levels of
competence.
The result of these training initiatives provides a greater
understanding of the damp proofing systems and wood preserving products, ensuring customers receive effective, appropriate treatments when
repairing dampness problems in their homes.
