Walls treated and floor tanked ready for waterproof floor screed

Kenwood have just completed a major project within a large property in Borehamwood. Treatment for rising damp was required, including the adjacent hallway, utility rooms and the garage. We have injected a new chemical damp proof course and used the Kenwood tanking system. The damp proof course prevents rising damp while the tanking system prevents moisture ingress in the areas which are below ground level.

We have also laid a new waterproof slab to the garage followed by a waterproof floor screed within the lounge area creating a barrier against moisture coming up through the floor. With walls and floors treated we have creating a dry space for our client to use.
