Property Care Association (PCA)

Kenwood is a long-standing member of the PCA, which is a recognised trade association for damp proofing, timber treatments, and structural waterproofing in the UK. A PCA-registered contractor provides assurance that our work is carried out according to the latest regulations and laws concerning health and safety in housing.

We have been with the PCA since 2003 (membership no. 5359), and we use this membership to stay regularly updated with the latest regulations.

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

Kenwood’s CHAS accreditation confirms that we meet recognised health and safety standards on every job we attend, both in domestic and commercial properties.

We get access to annual health and safety assessments, which ensure our workers remain safe in the workplace and understand the latest UK regulations.

Guarantees

Our damp-proofing, woodworm, and dry and wet rot treatments are backed by a 20-year guarantee, ensuring that you get a high-quality result with protection in mind.

Tanking and structural waterproofing are backed by a 10-year guarantee, and our condensation systems are protected for 2 years. If something is faulty, we rectify it free of charge.
