This waterproofing project, part of major renovation to London Schools involved below ground waterproofing to this beautiful building. Extensive tanking works have been carried out at a large secondary school serving over 1000 of Hackneys 11-19 year olds. This school was founded in 1959 and the site has since undergone various refurbishments, there latest project has been to carry out tanking works to provide dry usable spaces.
The walls are below the level of the external ground and therefore in order to prevent dampness coming through, the walls are tank using Kenwood SWS which is a cementious tanking system. This system provides an impervious barrier against water ingress. With our client once again impressed with our high standards we look forward to working with them again on their next projects.
