An installation has just been completed on a property close to our Head Office in Watford. With our years of experience, Kenwood were the obvious choice for our client when condensation became a concern for them. Due to the size and layout of the property, a combined ventilation system was required.

Kenwood have installed a condensation control unit within the loft space with passive ventilators placed strategically in order to provide the most effective results. In addition to this installation the kitchen area was suffering from condensation, in order to treat this area Kenwood’s have installed a Humidivent which works in the same way as an extractor fan. The advantage of this system is that, unlike many extractor fans on the market, it works solely on humidity not with the turning on and off of the lights and therefore when condensation / steam is detected, the unit operates automatically providing a targeted solution for condensation.
