Damp treatment and Vault waterproofing works in Hampstead

Waterproofing / Hampstead / Completed: 21 Apr 2014

Damp Treatment and Water Proofing to Hampstead HouseKenwood have just completed a large project Hampstead to a converted semi-detached property built in the 1900’s. This property required various walls to be treated for rising damp by removing the wall plaster and injecting a new chemical damp proof course. These walls are then rendered using our specially formulated render with salt inhibiters. Some of the walls had a higher external ground level therefore these walls required a cementious tanking system.

Additionally this property has a vaulted store room area which required waterproofing in order that they could store valuable items without the worry of dampness ruining them. In order to make the space water proof Kenwood’s used a tanking system combined with the use of our rendering system applied to walls and ceiling to prevent moisture ingress.
