Kenwood have recently completed a major Condensation project to a block of flats in North London. Built in the 1950’s all 10 flats within the building were suffering from Condensation. Black spotted mould was affecting mainly external walls and bathrooms within the properties.

With a lack of ventilation areas such as bathrooms are particularly susceptible to condensation problems, a lot of moisture is produced during bathing/showering, causing unsightly black mould to form and a damp smell. The flats are all managed by the same company who instructed Kenwood to install units and vent systems to increase the ventilation. Kenwood have a wide range of condensation solutions ranging from single room to whole home systems.
