Central London damp renovation
Damp Proofing / Central London / Completed: 11 Oct 2013
Kenwood have finished working in partnership with Willmot Dixon on properties in the Hatton Garden conservations area of London, constructed in the 1900’s. These buildings, previously used as a hostel are currently undergoing significant redevelopment and refurbishment. Part of the building is being demolished with many buildings retained as part of the original site. The section being refurbished within the lower ground floor, this requires damp proofing works. The walls require treatment for rising damp with Kenwood plc’s siliconate injection fluid and specialised rendering.
