Vault tanking to the under street rooms within this bustling Mayfair premises was urgently required following the dampness noted after the strip out works, during refurbishment of the premises. This commercial property was built in the 1800’s and has undergone many changes and refurbishments over the years, currently operating as a high class hair salon. This particular project required tanking treatment to the under pavement vault in order to prevent water ingress. Underground vaults such as this are particularly susceptible.
