If you need to make a complaint, please take the following steps.
Step 1: Call Kenwood on 01923 200850 and speak to us about your complaint or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your complaint, we want to resolve this immediately, however in some cases, we may need to contact you for further information or if appropriate, arrange to inspect the problem. Where an inspection of the property is required, we offer a choice of am or pm appointments and will make every effort to inspect the property as quickly as possible.
Step 3: We will contact you promptly with our proposals to remedy the matter and the actions required to resolve the problem.
Step 4: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the resolution provided, you should write to our head office below requesting your complaint is reconsidered and we will look further to resolve matters with you.
