Typically, our damp proofing, woodworm and dry rot treatments are guaranteed for 20 years and our tanking and structural waterproofing for 10 years and our condensation systems for 2 years.

We have been established for over forty years and our treatments are carried out exclusively by our own skilled operatives, experienced in this type of work, not sub contractors.

Kenwood’s SWS Tanking System©, unlike many waterproofing systems, does not require a sump pump. This has the benefit that the guarantee is not conditional upon an ’on going’ maintenance contract or servicing arrangements, which are typically required with a cavity drain membrane system.

Additionally, we offer a range of insurance products for your peace of mind, including guarantee insurance through the market leading insurers.
