This project involved tackling a condensation problem in a flat in Crawley. Kenwood were contacted by the agents managing the property, following concerns raised by the tenants regarding mould. Condensation occurs when there is lack of effective ventilation within a property. Kenwoods have installed a Heat Recovery Unit within two of the bedrooms of the home. Our units introduce fresh filtered air into the room, in conjunction with removing damp air providing air circulation within the room. Additionally, the kitchen was also suffering from condensation. Kenwoods Humidivents work on a humidity sensor, which unlike traditional extractor fans do not require the light to be turned on to activate. We look forward to working with the managing agents again on future projects.
