Kenwood install ventilation systems for home owners and landlords throughout London and the Home Counties. Our latest project to combat condensation was carried out on behalf of The London Borough of Southwark. Kenwood have a wide range of ventilation systems from single room units to whole home solutions. For this project Kenwood installed a control unit within the living room with passive ventilators in the bedrooms.

The control unit introduces fresh filtered air into the property, this pushes the moisture laden air out through the passive vents creating better ventilation. Additionally, for this project the bathroom extractor fan required replacement. Kenwood Humidivents© have a sensor which detects moisture instead of requiring the light to be turned on. With these units installed the occupants can now benefit from improved ventilation and less condensation.
