Works recently completed on an NHS site in Hitchin. The basement area of the property was unusable due to flooding that occurred during heavy rain. Kenwood Plc have installed a membrane system within the basement. This system involves attaching a plastic membrane to the walls and floor. Below this is a Sump & Pump system, the water feeds behind the plastic membrane and into the Sump. From here this water is pumped out of the basement. With the system installed and the walls plaster boarded the basement is now a useable space, backed with a 10-year guarantee.
