Following our clients wish to extend their storage capacity Kenwood Plc were called in to provide a recommendation for an under pavement vault in London. These areas are intended for storage but by their nature being underground means they are susceptible to moisture ingress from all sides. In order to create a space our client can use to store more high value items Kenwood have tanked the walls, ceilings and floors.

This project also required the removal of the old solid floor due to defect in the structure that was there. We have replaced the floor in solid concrete and laid a waterproof screed on top to prevent moisture coming up. We have completely sealed the room creating a dry space suitable for our client’s needs.
