Rising damp was affecting various walls within this property so Kenwood have installed a new damp proof course, these walls have been replastered ready for painting in 3-4 weeks. Additionally, Dry Rot was found to be affecting the living room, treatment performed and floors replaced here perfectly by Kenwood operatives. The walls and surrounding timbers have been irrigated to remove spores to prevent a reoccurrence.
