Kenwood Plc carry out works to basement areas throughout London and the Home counties. Basement areas were not originally built to be dry spaces, many of those we see were originally coal cellars. With space at a premium, many clients wish to use these spaces to expand their homes. During this latest project the walls have been tanked and replastered using Kenwood SWS tanking system which will be followed by a new waterproof floor screed, providing a dry space for the residents.
